About Us

The Foundation for the Welfare and Education of the Asian People (FWEAP) is a public interest incorporated foundation established in December 1969. The FWEAP provided relief for Vietnam War orphans and support for Indo-Chinese refugees to settle in Japan, and it is currently engaged in projects to invite officials engaging in social welfare activities from Asian countries to Japan, to support Convention Refugees and resettled refugees, and to provide financial aids for supporting socially vulnerable people.
